Keystone Chat Now Available

We are excited to announce the launch of Keystone Chat, now available on the Keystone e-file website. This innovative feature enables taxpayers and tax preparers to communicate directly with our Taxpayer Service Representatives when they need assistance or have questions. This service significantly improves our ability to support e-file users, offering a faster and more efficient alternative to phone calls or emails.

Following the earned income tax filing season, Keystone Chat will expand to additional Keystone applications, allowing us to assist even more employers, taxpayers, and tax preparers as they navigate our sites for information or use self-service features like e-file.

Business Portal Help Videos

Recently, Keystone enhanced our online Business Portal to include Help videos. The short videos help users navigate the filing and payment process while providing answers to common questions. This enhancement improves the user experience and results in faster answers to user questions.

It’s In the Mail

  • Delinquent Per Capita invoices were sent in Q1 to jurisdictions where Keystone is the delinquent collector.
  • Business Privilege and Mercantile annual packets were sent for all jurisdictions with 2nd quarter due dates. Balance due letters have also been mailed following payments processed during 4th quarter.
