I have been teaching at Westfield Area Elementary since 2011. Previously I taught at Liberty high School for 2 years and Elkland high school for 4 years.
I studied at Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania, graduating as an Athletic Trainer in 1997. I worked as a outreach Athletic Trainer at Susquehanna Health Systems, ran a Wilderness Experience Program at the Tioga County Department of Human Services, trained with Ski Patrol at Denton Hill and worked as a River Guide with Pine Creek Outfitters. I returned to Lock Haven University to become Health and Physical Education certified and obtain a Masters in Education. These experiences have brought me knowledge to share with my students! I love all physical activities and teaching children so that they may be able to participate in them themselves!
