MTSS Tutors

The primary role of the MTSS Tutor is to support academic achievement by providing tutoring in English Language Arts and Mathematics to students who are below grade level based on assessments and supporting data. This position requires the employee to have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt his or her teaching methods to meet the needs of the students. The MTSS Tutor may be required to implement instructional activities in both individual and group tutorial sessions and provides content-specific assistance in the learning process.

  • Westfield Area Elementary School- 2 positions
  • Clark Wood Elementary School- 2 positions
  • R.B. Walter Elementary School- 3 positions
  • 5 hours per day/ 170 days per year / non-benefited position /$25.00 per hour
