We are very excited to announce that Mr. Wade Owlett, a teacher at Clark Wood Elementary, has received the Pennsylvania Association of Rural and Small Schools Educator of the Year award!
The award honors a teacher that exemplifies the following characteristics:
- A student centered educator who is actively involved in all aspects of school life
- An educator who uses his/her time and talent to promote school district initiatives
- A person of character who serves as a role model for compassion and philanthropy
