Northern Tioga School District's Superintendent

Dr. Bowers began work as the Superintendent of schools in Northern Tioga School District in the summer of 2005.  He earned his Doctorate in School Leadership from Widener University in 2009 and his PA Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility in 2005.  He earned his Secondary Principal Certification from Shippensburg University in 2000 and his Masters of Education from Penn State University in 1997.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education with certification in Sports Medicine / Athletic Training from Lock Haven University in 1991.  Dr. Bowers is a Northern Tioga School District alumnus having graduated from Cowanesque Valley High School in Westfield, PA.
